• President, Vice President, and Treasurer positions are now open to both current and PAST board members.

Please email [email protected] for more information or an Intent To Run form by Friday, April 10th. Come to the PTO Meeting on Tuesday, April 14th for voting!

Hero Box

Our Fourth Grade Gifted and Talented students are excited to launch a meaningful service project as part of their philanthropy unit! After learning about ways to give through time, talent, and treasure, students chose through voting to support veterans by partnering with Hero Box.

Starting Monday, April 20 through Friday, May 1, we will be collecting items to send in care packages to deployed service members. Collection information will be posted in the hallway, and students will help pack the donated items during class. You can review the list HERE.

If your student is unable to donate items, they can still participate! We invite them to write a letter or note of appreciation to a deployed service member and place it in the jar by the collection box. These messages will be included in our Hero Boxes.

Our Fourth Grade students are proud to partner with Hero Box and you in this effort. Thank you for helping us make a difference!

Thank you,

Ms. Hawkins

STEM Night

May the Force Be With You: STEM Night is Coming!

Calling all Padawans, Engineers, and Droid-builders! We are thrilled to invite you to this year’s STEM Night. Since this year’s event falls on May 4th, we are fully embracing the theme: Star Wars! Be sure to come in your favorite Star Wars Costume (please leave light sabers at home!!) This isn’t just an event to attend—it’s an event to create. We want our students to lead the way by showcasing their ingenuity and imagination.

How Can Your Student Participate?

  • The Student Design Guild: Students can present creative solutions to real-world problems they’ve tackled.
  • STEM Carnival Games: Students can design and build their very own carnival games to be played by friends and family during the event.
  • Come and play!  You can also just show up and explore everything the Innovation Center has to offer!

We can’t wait to see the incredible “Force” of our students’ creativity on display.  “May the 4th be with you!”
