Academic Support


Black Rock offers many opportunities for students to receive additional academic support, including after-school clubs and tutoring hours. Additional academic support programs will also be launching for the 2021-2022 school year. Please contact the office for additional information at (720) 890-3995.

Programs to Support Student Learning

Positive Behavior Support Program: Created around the acronym PAWS (Positive–Achievement–Work Hard–Safety), students are acknowledged for appropriate choices that align with Black Rock expectations.

“No Bully”: Teachers at all grade levels use the “No Bully” curriculum to teach students effective strategies for identifying and responding to bullying behaviors.
