Black Rock Weekly Newsletter

Graphic for Black Rock Staff Appreciation Week 2026, themed "Wickedly Oz-some!" with whimsical elements and a castle.

Thank you to everyone who helped make Staff Appreciation Week so wonderfully Wicked for Good! Your generosity, thoughtfulness, and support made our staff feel truly celebrated and appreciated.

Because of this amazing school community, our teachers and staff were reminded just how much magic they bring to our children every day.

A special thank you to our generous sponsors for the donations, gifts, and treats that helped make this week extra memorable for our staff.

Thank you for helping us spread kindness, gratitude, and a little Oz-inspired joy all week long!

Got Books?

Colorful cartoon books with arms and legs encourage returning them to the library. Text emphasizes the importance of this.

Please return all library books to school as soon as possible!  A notice will be emailed this weekend for any books that have not yet been returned so everyone is aware of which books to look for and send back to the library. No fines have been added yet for this school year, however fines for books that are not returned by the last day of school will be added to Infinite Campus on May 22nd.  Thanks for your help with getting all our books back, please email with any questions!
